Semi-natural woodland

Semi-natural woodland refers to an area that remains relatively unmodified. This kind of woodland usually has a dense canopy and shows characteristic organization of (sub)tropical woodland structure. Climbers (or more typically, lianas) are common and the floor is covered by decaying leaves in this woodland.
