Fung Shui Woods

Fung Shui Woods are a unique feature of South China countryside. These woods are usually crescent-shaped and treated as a protective barrier behind the villages. Fung Shui Woods can be described as a type of enriched woodland, consisting mainly of native forest trees with some additional trees planted by the villagers. The planted species are usually of potential economic values.
